Terms of Service
1. Agreement and Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of the RaccoonHQ control plane, including project orchestration, agent workflows, integrations, and related services, provided by MultiTEL LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including configuration of runners, credentials, and third-party integrations. You must maintain accurate account information and implement appropriate internal access controls for your users.
3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, abuse telecommunications systems, or attempt unauthorized access to any system, tenant, or data. We may suspend activity that presents security, legal, or operational risk.
4. Data, Security, and Processing
You retain ownership of your content. We process service data solely to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the platform, subject to the Privacy Policy. You authorize us to process logs, metadata, and workflow artifacts necessary for operation and abuse prevention.
5. Billing, Fees, and Suspension
Paid features require an active subscription or entitlement. Fees are due per the selected plan and billing rail, including Stripe and eligible crypto flows. Delinquent or fraudulent payment activity may result in feature restriction or suspension.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiTEL LLC disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach. We may terminate or suspend immediately for abuse, legal compliance needs, or security risk. Certain provisions, including payment, disclaimer, and limitation clauses, survive termination.
8. Governing Law and Updates
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law as limited by mandatory local consumer protections. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
